fuel pump run with key on or engine cranking/running?

Why not just jump the ASD then?

That should prime it up.

Or, when you DO get the motor in (since it won't prime without the fuel injection connected!), check it then.

Jump 12 volts from pin 30 to pin 87 of the ASD relay socket with the relay removed.
That is called the ASD Bypass.
Pin 30 is the 12 volt input to the relay.
Normally, when the relay is energized, pin 87 is then connected to pin 30.
You're just making the connection without the relay being installed

Asd bypass was good. I will be getting an engine for it wednesday or thursday and will install next weekend. I will update on how it goes. Thanks again for the help.
