After I did what Moparite said, I'd then move to the infamous splice and fix that; if there's no power to the ECU due to the splice going bad, you won't get codes and it won't run.

I tried it again, about 10 times. Going faster, going slower. Still no code. Looks like maybe a ground/splice problem.

As stated, sounds like spark, or fuel. I'd:

Check to see if there's spark. Make sire the coil wire is tight. If you're no getting spark I'd be looking at the coil, coil wire, and coil pickup on the distributor. If you have spark:

Push the shrader valve on the fuel rail to see if there's any fuel there, then crank and see if fuel is still there. (That doesn't rule out fuel as if there isn't enough pressure, it still won't fire, but will rule out a completely dead pump.)

If there's no fuel time to look at the pump wires on top of the tank to check the wires. If there is fuel, check the fuel pressure.

There is no spark, there is no fuel. I need to order a bigger soldering gun to do the splices correctly. The saga continues...

Update: Re-spliced the old connections. There was slight oxidation and since I was there anyway I just went ahead and did them. No change. Still no spark. Still no code. Still no fuel. Am I correct in concluding that this is the ECM or is there any other testing that I should do to rule something else out?

Ok, found another thread on here that led me to this for testing the harness. I tried all of those tests and everything checks out fine. I'm going to find a new PCM (or one from a junk yard) and see if that is it.

This is a 94 with a 3.9? I may have a computer here collecting dust.

Update: A junk yard right down the street from me had the PCM I needed for my truck. $75 and about 10 minutes later, it's running again. Thank you all for your help. If anything else goes wrong, I'll let you know.
