Smog pump help please

Serpentine belt - you may need to actually find a smog pump bypass pulley to fit.
No, alas, I don't know where you would find one, except for what one of my nephews suggested - take one that still spins, open it up, gut it out, and if possible find new bearings for the front and rear of the shaft; then put it all back together.
You could, of course, replace the (I presume) seized pump with a reman'ed one; RockAuto has'em for about $125 which includes a $7 core fee (!!), or they also have a nice cross that shows some of the years makes and models that might have one in the boneyard.
