Default Fumes in cab

What could be the source of exhaust and gasoline fumes in the cab when the motor is running and the truck is still? It has a rear slider window but I don't think that is all of the problem if the exhaust is coming through there. I re-tightened the exhaust I installed a couple of times to be sure it wasn't leaking. I can't imagine how the fresh gas smell is getting in as I see no holes in the firewall.

Don't forget to check the hood/cowl weatherseal, also if there's a leak about where the drain is for the cowl you'll get fume induction back up that way (run some water into the cowl to see where it drains out at the bottom).

I was lucky the body is rust free. Well there is superficial rust where paint has chipped but the first thing I did before buying was crawl under it and look it over and all was good.
