Default 1984 dodge dakota 1994 318 magnum swap

need pin out colors an what specific wires get power and what specific wires get ground. 318 an harness and matching computer are from a 1994 ram 1500 and just needing to know what needs power and ground to make the motor run

it has the black, grey, and dark grey connectors and computer has the single connector with the bolt in the middle

gotta be someone on here that has done this swap into something because its so basic being obd1 an harness lays like factory in whatever make or model your putting the magnum in

Well, since they never made a 1984 Dakota ...

I presume a 1994 Dakota? It's been done, but for the info you want, it's actually laid out (by being notated "5.2 only") in the wiring etc. in the factory service manual.

But for the wiring, the quick note is "Add the two injector wires to the body harness, use the V8 engine harness, and use the V8 ECU."

check your data a 1984 was a 3.9 with a carburetor

94 is the second gen, thats for ram or dakota

There WAS no 1984 Dakota.

First year was 1987.
