Well sometimes I type faster then I think, And im terrible on a keyboard!! That being said, looking on factorychryslerparts.com it would appear that the part no. 53005551 (front driveshaft) is the same for 87 4wd 5 speed and the 95 5.2 4wd. with a manual transmission.
So it should fit, hopefully.

For motor mounts, I plan to use stock v6 mounts. I will try to reinforce them like you did.
