Default Problems with bushings

Okay guys I am trying to get these bushings out but for the upper bushings leave the sleeve bc the energy suspension bushings reuse it. This is proving to be a chore. Tried the drill trick and it did not work for me. Any help is appreciated!

What I did was use a propane torch, heat it up until it started smoking good, and pushed it out with a rod.

The rubber will splatter as you do this, so don't do it on your white 2018 Porsche *grins*

Here's a YouTube video on that:

And here's another one:

I have done the propane torch trick with the control arms laying on my gravel driveway, have also done the same when I have brush or leaves burning in the ditch, just throw it in...(Yes I live where they have not yet banned burning yard waste... advantage; living in unincorporated area!)

Luck.

I hadn't seen the drill bit trick, so I did it with my torch.

If you have a MAPP torch, it'll work a bit better.
