Default 24v cummins bitches!!!!!!!!

whoo!

removed the engine/transmission from the ram, now to start figuring other **** out.

i found a good website that sells custom driveshafts tailored to specific applications.
www.pstds.com precision shaft technologies

I WANT SOME INPUT ON WHICH TYPE OF REAR END I SHOULD USE!!!
I AM VERY TEMPTED TO GO WITH THE 12 BOLT REAR END OUT OF A 3/4 OR 1 TON CHEVY (8bolt wheel pattern, duh!) BECAUSE OF THEIR NARROW STANCE TO FIT UNDER THE BOX OF THE DAKOTA.

i also want something that will be able to take the torque of that cummins. oh.. by the way, did i mention its the high output with 605 ft lbs of torque???

if ANYONE has ANY information on custom Rear differental/axle jobs, it would be dearly appreciated.

well. got the engine weighed in, with everything on it including the transmission, it tips the scales at a little over 1100 lbs... yeah. thats HEAVY.

i may have to set the engine back from the front a little farther than i first thought... oh well, thats a project for ya...

havent started ripping apart my truck yet, i got to find me a cheap beater to use for running around in.
