Default Progress so far

Here's some pictures of what I have going on right now as you can see this "engine swap has escalated quickly" lol. But I wanted the rest of the truck to be real slick with the new motor going in and all so I have changed my plans a bit. I currently have more parts coming and within two weeks about it should be a Rolling chassis again and then I can get back to drivetrain and such things. I have many more pictures and stuff but phone was being stubborn.

I'm subscribed already - that frame looks fantastic.

What did you do to get it looking so good?

I had it all blasted before paint. I also have all energy bushings, new ball joints, new wheel bearings everything on axles resealed, leaf springs and shackles and bolts on there way, got some 5.9 torsion bars, and much more to come still right now lol.

Wow. Looks great. Slippery slope eh?

I think if I do a magnum swap the same thing might happen. Ha.

Very slippery....every time I cleaned something or replaced something it made its neighbor look like crap...on and on it went. There is very little original in my truck. The axles, leaf springs, control arms and steering....that's about all that's left.

Yep. It starts with a mild restoration and you end up with a totally new vehicle. The one you started with just fades away
