Default Full on beast mode!

Full on beast mode towed that junkpile on the trailer from Sacramento, CA to Olympia, WA in 14 hours! Whoever rags on you guys show them this and tell them the story.
Note: I tried to get my stepdaughter to buy a Durango, but as you see it didn't take. So now I have soil my hands fixing a GM product.

That's crazy! And very unsafe...but crazy!

Those Trailblazers are decent trucks, probably better than Durangos to be honest.

Unsafe because he is likely WAY over his trucks tow rating.

Yeah. That truck's over 2 tons and the trailer id guess almost 2,000 pounds (?). I don't recall the towing capacity exactly but it's definitely less than that. And honestly with the Dakota brakes I wouldn't want to tow anything more than a small utility trailer.

Default My mistake

After further research I was about 1,000 over GVW but as as far as brakes the trailer had brakes also and the truck was wired to use them. Trailer was 1,500 lbs and the blazer is about 4,800.
