1989 dodge dakota 3.9 LA V6

I was wander would a 2GR-FE V6 toyota 3.5 motor fit with a transmission adapter Plat and a computer for the engine plus motor mount and accessories?

That would be a complicated swap..... with a LOT of fabrication involved.....
