Does anybody have any idea on who makes or what you can do to put a lift kit on a 95 Dodge Dakota. I had some people say that it's a front axle swap going to a solid axle is this the only type of lift kit swap there is for the style of Dakota.

Check the FAQ here: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...ion-ideas.html

But yeah basically there's nothing bolt-up that you can do. Crank the torsion bars is about it. If you want more you need a solid front axle.

Course a body lift is easy and basically the same as on any truck, personally I have no idea how high you can go before you have to lengthen the steering shaft.

Body lift 3"
crank tbars and rear blocks another 3"
larger tires 2-3" more

You can get the truck itself 7" higher then stock. Give or take.

Cranking torsion bars might not get you 3 inches. Maybe, but only if your torsion bars were set on the pretty low side to begin with. Fully cranked torsion bars will approximately level the truck and 3 inch rear blocks will restore the factory "raked" look and then some. Truck will look pretty rear-end high.

Im in the process of installing a 3 inch ebay lift, 3 inch blocks and new torsion keys. the rear blocks work great and the keys will probably be the same but Im a little worried about the camber adjust ability in the front end. If anyone has info on that Im all ears.
