My interior is great, with one exception: The vinyl used on the side of the driver's side seat cusion is cracked/torn. It was barely cracked when I bought it a year ago, but not after a year of LIGHT use, yeah, it's getting worse. I notice this on every single dakota. Has anyone fixed this?

 

Seat covers, or get the seat recovered by an upholstery shop.

The main problem is that it's a 22 to 31 year old seat, and the vinyl has gone bad and brittle due to age.
