A/C 1, Dakota 0
Well, I fired up the A/C in the truck today for the first time in heated .. fizzle, I guess.
(Rain was coming in, it was approaching 100% humidity and it was about 90F. I can take 100% humidity, I can take 90F, I can't take both at the same time!)
So the A/C is huffing and puffing and blowing cold air out, while the compressor moans about the injustice of working in heat like this > .
I pull up a hill, about a 20* incline, to a red light, and wait for it to turn green.
It turns green, I press on the gas. I press harder on the gas. I press all the way DOWN on the gas pedal, and FINALLY she starts to move ...
So, I have to say A/C 1, Dakota 0 ...
At the end of June I'll have a LOC paid off; I'll take it back out and get the motor rebuilt.
Or a new one built for it, not sure which yet.
