Instrument cluster

I have a 1995 Dodge Ram with a short in the IPO circuit , need wiring diagram to find where to start looking

In the more-appropriate 2nd Generation RAM subforum, there's a copy of the 1995 FSM for download.

I'd start looking in places that say RAM, not Dakota.
