Whereas the injectors are in the throttle body, they're related to the factory TBI about like your Dakota is related to a 1880s Conestoga wagon

Depending on the model and version, most of the aftermarket "Carb Style" injectors use the tach input off the ignition as a cam and crank sensor (figuring out which is which by the signals).

I'd go this way; even if you kept the factory kegger intake (if it'll work with that), you'd be well and far away better.

Shucks, you got an O2 bung; you could have that one welded in for a wide band for a gauge in your instrument panel!

Personally I'd like to take my kegger intake out back, fill it full of tanerite and hit it with a couple .308 incendiary rounds and watch it make a crater in my back yard. They suck and nothing anyone has done to one makes any difference at all.
not to mention no it won't work, has to be a 4 barrel mount. That's why I mentioned the m1

Don't destroy it - Marty Fletcher has figured out a way to make the kegger shine.

Or so early dyno results say ...
