Default NV3500 question

I have a NV3500 out of a 2002? dakota 4.7......
My questions are
1. What does it take to remove the front input bearing and seal.
2. What does it take to remove the front input shaft.

The shaft is worn on the tip where it goes into the pilot bearing. I can get a repair sleeve and bearing kit to repair that, But I suspect the input bearing is bad as well.
When running in neutral there is a hissing sound that goes away when I engage the clutch
FWIW it has a new Sach clutch kit with a new through out bearing.

Thanks for your help.
