My air pump is gone!
Could I just adjust that screw already, since I replaced that actuator last year?

Check everything else on the front then; it could be as simple as you didn't get the proper tension on a belt.

And yes, I'd adjust rather than replace until it actually fails.

One last thing,
To adjust it while it's on the truck, I need to:
-unhook the battery
-unplug the Engine Temp. sensor
-uplug the IAC
And then adjust the adjuster screw...right?
Then hook everything back up to run it?

You only disconnect the battery to remove and replace; to adjust, you just disconnect the throttle kicker and adjust it per the book.

Installed new valve cover gaskets(passenger side was leaking) & adjusted IAC. The truck is idling A WHOLE lot better! Gonna go drive the truck again a little bit later on.

Problems continue...
Adjusted the IAC actuator & the truck idles fine. Just took it for a test drive and when I pulled up to a stop sign, I stopped, & the. I hit the gas to pull off & it stumbles to get going. Once it finally gets going, it runs fine.
I pulled up to another stop & the truck died with me. Almost couldn’t get the truck fired back up, once it fired up, it ran good. Maybe a mile later, I turned to the right to pull into my driveway & the truck died again.

Any my ideas on what to check next?!

If you cranked the throttle kicker all the way down, it'll stumble and die around idle.

Did you set it as per the manual? Warmed up, disconnected, at 2500-2600 RPM via an honest tachometer (if you have one in the instrument cluster, don't go by that one!)

Have you checked ALL the vacuum lines?

Bad ground? Mine did that and turned out the cable was bad.
