Default 96 V8 5.2 4x4 - ABS and park brake light on, no fuses?

Started the rig the other day and both abs and e brake warning lights were on. Still have brakes but they feel spongy... still have tail brake lights working.

Went to check fuses as first step, and there are literally no abs related fuses in either panel. Under hood no 40A abs fuse or block relay, cab fuse panel no 5A abs blade type or abs light relay...

Haven't read any codes yet, but I feel this is strange... brakes have always been fine and no warning lights.

Your thoughts? I was working on the tranny a while ago and had the doors open and hood up in the driveway, maybe someone swiped them? Seems like an odd thing to do though. Lights came on shortly after buttoning up tranny pan. Should I just go grab all those fuses/relays and install?

2 or 4 wheel abs?

If the pedal feels strange, check the brake line running to the rear brakes, is it leaking?
