floor pans/trans tunnel teh same?
Yeah I know that I would have to cut the hole for the 4wd shifter but besides one having that hole and the other not/ any difference between floor pans on a 2wd vs a 4wd Dakota? 4wd is 96, potential donor cab is 92. both club cab..... I know on the 93-older full size Dodges, an automatic/ 2wd trans tunnel was smaller than a "granny gear" 4 speed truck or a 4wd with any trans..... my son is going thru that now with his '90 3/4 ton.
My cab aint that bad at all besides peeling paint/ mostly on the roof... just surface rusted (what was it with white vehicles?)
\I have a chance to buy the whole body from a '92 from nose to tail rust free from Texas that is cheaper than the materials for a paint job..... I could use a better bed anyways. which is included.
another benefit to unbolting my body from my frame and replacing it with this one is it is a different color than white. I wound up with 3 white vehicles at the same time (96 Dakota 99 Dakota and 01 Durango) and I want out of that rut)

crazy4x4 did a 2wd to 4wd swap using his 2wd cab and he only mentioned he had to cut the shifter hole, not that there were any other differences.
