Not necessarily; have you checked car-part.com or https://www.hollanderparts.com/ for a harness?

I just thought ... have you triple checked ALL the splices in the 12V line? There's a 3 wire splice by the battery that seems to corrode inside, and can cause some weird problems.

You will only have voltage there under three conditions.

1) For two seconds after the ignition switch is turned to ON.

2) While cranking.

3) While the motor is running.

You can fake it by bypassing the ASD to supply the power.

The PCM grounds the injectors and coils to complete the circuit.

Have you picked up the factory service manual yet? Until you do, you might as well put a blindfold on while troubleshooting electrical problems.

BIG HINT: Is it a Chilton Dakota or a Haynes Dakota? No? Then neither is the FSM.

For checking the 1995 manual here beats the Chilton's or Haynes, but not by much.

Sources: Ebay usually has some used paper ones. Bishko Books ( http://www.autobooksbishko.com/ ) is the reproducer for FCA; they sell paper and disk based on their web site. Summit can order them for you also. I'm sure there's other sources.

Then use its troubleshooting charts.

Bishko is the reproduction company for Chrysler, if you didn't have it. (You can also order the disc version; it's the same manual).

OK. Knowing you have that, have you followed the wiring diagrams in it?

And if you had read it, you'd know that there wouldn't be voltage to the coil or injectors just sitting there.

And finally - did you mean there's no 12V to the coil when you said "there's no fire"? Did you check while cranking or after bypassing the ASD?

Check pages 8W-50 to 8W-55, especially -50 and -51. Those show how it's wired, and then on page 14-52 it describes how the ECU senses ASD.

I have low voltage. While cranking coming out of terminal 57 wore out of PCM but no 12 volts or low. 5 to 8 volts going to coil so I'm going to cut green with orange stripe wire and splice on and run it to coil and also splice the grey wire( ignition coil driver. Wire pin 19 ) and run to coil to see if break is in that section

Reading wiring drawings are not a snap for me or oviosly the local mechanics. Either......so I'm doing better than. They did I'm thinking..... My conclusion at this point is the wiring harness cause it is highly unlikely all the new MoPar sensors are bad you think

I dunno.

Have you checked continuity between the ASD socket and the coil? Or bypassed the ASD and seen if there's voltage there?

And didn't I mention checking splices which are known to fail?

Have you done either of those?
