Restricted radiator?

the right side was hot, and the left side was barely warm. I feel like this is definitive proof that it's restricted. Or is that normal?
Depends if the t stat was open or not, In really cold weather if you do this it will be the same as the radiator will cool the water flowing threw it. I suspect the radiator is not cooling. Usually the faster you go you get more air flow throw the radiator thus more cooling. I looked up your rad and and it lists the same one either 3.9 or 5.2 (18 x 26 x 1 1/2)

I agree, and to add to that, they are all single row..... BTW a point and shoot thermometer is handy for stuff like this.
