Default 92 5.2 crank no start

I believe I've tried everything suggested on the previous 95 crank no start thread. I clean the 60 pin connector all good of undone the wiring harness gone through all the factory solder joint good. I found one located jumper wire that went from the brown/tan coil signal wire up to the PDC. I noticed there is two Greys and a black the tie into the ASD fuel pump something else. This jumper I located was disconnected I traced it back to the coil signal wire the 60 pin says it's a power ground. Can I take this jumper wire I found and safely tap it into the to grays and black in the PDC? Is it safe to do so and do I need to use a one way diode.?. New components are listed Fuel pump, fuel filter, CPS, cam sensor, fast idle control sensor, cap and rotor.

PDC module? I found a jumper wire that ties into the coil signal wire black and tan. Black and tan is a power ground on the 60 pin. Can I safely jump this coil signal black and tan jumper wire into these to graze in a black in the PDC?
