I wanted to check the grounds on my headlights. In the service manual it shows ground for right headlight is G101 which is attached to the firewall on the right side near the ballast resistor.
It mentions G103 is for the left headlight. But I cannot for the life of me find this anywhere on the drawings in the service manual. It says in text "left fender side shield" but they have left this off the diagrams.
I looked at the manual and I could see theG103 diagram in chap 8W but I do not understand how to interpret it. I looked on my 94 and traced the harness back from the Dvr side headlight and saw these two ground on the firewall. The white wire with the black stripe has a tag that says 'RWAL ground' the black wire has no label on it. The ground on the battery also has a wire that comes from it and is grounded on the top of the metal over the dvr side headlight. I couldn't see more as a PO had installed an alarm.

Thanks for looking into this. Would you be able to show me where in the service manual diagram you G103? I couldn't find it anywhere and in the index it showed a "-" for the page number.
However that location would seem to make sense. Grounds seem to be black wires and it would probably be that black wire next to the white one in the photo.
I believe RWAL = Rear wheel anti-lock brakes. So the white wire is probably the ground for the anti-lock brakes.
I looked in the 95 FSM available on here. The index in chapter 8a indicated the grounds would be in 8w. In 8w it says Ground Distribution 15-1. IDK how to read them other than I can see what markings are there but I followed what you said and the picture that had the left headlight in it showed that it went through ground G103. I could not make heads or tails of the diagram so I went and looked and that picture is what I deduced.
