Step 0 - grab the factory service manual from the FAQ posting here (actually, about 40% down is a link to a site that has it).

You'll need to isolate where the problem is - front lights, back lights, dash lights.

After that, you find the shorting wire and repair it.

If you have the towing harness, it can also be that's gone bad and is pinched.

No running lights or dash lights at all after about 5 minutes of them being on

Is this a Canadian vehicle? If so there is daylight running light (DRM) module responsible for changing the light intensity when the car moves. It looks something like this:

Amazon Amazon

Have you tried unplugging that and driving it around and see if the fuse still blows? If that's the source replace it. It's on the passenger side in the engine bay near the firewall bolted to the side. Unplug the big connector and see if that helps.

Also, it would help to know which fuse keeps blowing. Which one is this? Do you have the electrical diagram for the vehicle? Have a look at what's on the circuit of your problematic fuse and take turns disconnecting the different components. You can get circuit breakers for this or buy a big pack of fuses. If you've disconnected all the components and none of them was the source of the short then it's in the wiring somewhere.

Some videos are given below.

Thanks!
