Mismatched control arms
Maybe, but I suspect that the measurement from where it bolts to the frame to the center of the ball joint may be different. If it is different, that would explain part of the OP's comment on "goofy Camber"
I did a alternator upgrade on my Ram50 and needed a spacer for the mount bolt through the body of the new alt. I ended up using a piece of 1/2" copper pipe it worked fine.
You would probably want something stainless for the ball joint. Here is a company that deals in these sorts of parts https://www.mcmaster.com/steel-spacers/
Whatever you get you will probably have to engineer/cut some of it yourself.

Keep in mind the ball joint stud is tapered, so I believe one would have to have a spacer machined to match.
JMO but I would try to find a used control arm, rebuild it and replace the one that is riveted..
till then I will do some more cleaning, straightening and painting.
