Actron 9110 error message

Has anyone come across this error on the Actron 9110?

Request Denied, Unsupported mode!

It usually happens when I try to test the sensors and switches. I can pull codes and clear them.

I'm not really sure what that means. I'm using the Chrysler cartridge. It's a stock Dakota if that helps.
