you havent seen a ax15, ( or any other synchronized manual trans with gl5 spec) dameged by nondosed gl5. if you say other wise im calling you a liar here and now.
from the moment yesterday when you said gl5 eats synchros, i instantly knew you were a keyboard cowboy without a sliver of real world mechanical knowledge in the subject of gl5 , manual trannys or synchros..
being the nice guy i am i tried to explain in clear detail all of it to you ,(even with video ,). but im afraid you just dont understand. ive nothing more to say on this matter. good day sir

Yeah what do I know I have only worked on dozens of them, got 2 sitting in the garage right now waiting on disassembly. Keep telling people to use the wrong fluid, people like you get me plenty of business.

Could those two be there because you used the wrong fluid?

You wanna disagree with someone? That's fine. But, leave off the disparaging comments. It really doesn't lend any weight to your argument, and tends to make people think you are using insults to support your argument, which actually has the opposite effect. Posting something other than your opinion to support your argument is much more effective.

I am not disputing the information you are providing, I am taking issue with your method. The insulting tone of your post is the problem. Not the information provided. The link in this post would have been much better in your original post. Your original post would have been much better had you posted the link, and left out all the other crap. The whole 'liar' and 'keyboard cowboy' nonsense was both unnecessary, and detracts substantially from the message you are trying to get across. Basically, if you disagree, that's fine, post your disagreement, and whatever you have to back your argument. Leave the drama and insults out of it.

We’re hear to learn, not put others down. That’s what the political threads are for. I appreciate the info you have provided even tho it is not an issue I face. But some day I might and therin lies the value of your posts.

For anyone who is curious, the trans shifts well and is still going strong with the 10W30 mobile 1 synthetic. Many sources say 10W30 is good and I will stick with it.
