Default 95 auto trans

Is the trans electronically controlled by the ECM? I plan on doing a 360 carb swap and want to know if the trans runs separately or off the ECM.

On the 95, the only thing the computer controls, is Torque converter clutch, and O/D. You can bypass the computer controls with a couple pressure switches. There is a write up around here somewhere for that.

I learn new stuff from these guys every day. Lack of humbleness is not a problem for me.

If no one has mentioned, don't forget the 360 is externally balanced, whereas the 3.9 and 5.2 are internally balanced. You'll need a 360 harmonic balancer and torque convertor. You can keep the 3.9 convertor if you can find a weighted flex plate.
And it has to be a Magnum set-up with a Magnum engine or an LA set-up with an LA engine. They are different.
