The hard plastic cover on the push button latch on the first generation Dakota seat belts seems to crack/split/bust and fall off eventually. Are factory similar replacements available from some source? What to do? Thank you.

 

I wrap cable ties around the two pieces. Used one but it kept sliding off so I put a second one on and it’s staying put. I suppose I could look into swapping it out with one of the other seat belts but the cable ties are working.

Duct tape and cable ties are a must.
