Default Why won't it start...

Picked up a non-running 96 4 cylinder, 5 speed a few weeks back. Discovered the rotor wasn't turning so I popped the timing cover and found that the cam bolt had backed out far enough that the cam gear was turning but the cam was not. I pulled the cam gear, timing chain, and properly indexed everything (dot to dot with #1 on compression stroke) before torqueing everything to spec. The rotor is pointing at #1, the plug wires are going to their proper plugs, I have spark, I'm getting fuel, all four cylinders have a minimum of 150 psi, but it will NOT start. The gas gauge was reading empty when I got it so I put 5 gallons in. The fuel pump is working, there is gas on the plugs when I pull them. I've tried a spare computer (same year, engine, and trans) - I know the clutch safety switch is working, but this truck continues to give me the middle finger. Any ideas before I make this a parts truck?

Stomp the gas pedal to the floor, hold it there, crank it a bit. Does it make any internal combustion noises at all?

Figured it out... Timing was a little too retarded.
