Default Trail Master lift kit problem

My Dakota is a 93 sport 4x4 with a 3.9 , my problem is I have a trail master 3 inch suspension lift in it and the right side spindle riser is about to go bad, I can do all the work myself but I haven't worked on torsion bar suspension since 1980, I know I need new axle strap bolts in teh rear to remove the blocks, and I can remove the risers, my question is basically, do I have to unload the torsion bars ? and what about the tie rods, will I have to change the long tube for a shorter one?
only asking because I'm currently about to reassemble my right side and string align it, after finding it was so loose that it causes the tie rod adjuster tube to come loose

Where is the riser? Can you post a pic?
