Default Help!

I am working on the pcm in my dakota due to electrical issues with map and idle air control valve
The bolt that holds the wiring harness plugged into the pcm just turns, i cant get the bolt out
Id appreciate any help you can give me.

This is a fairly common problem. TBH, I don't know what others have done to remedy it but be patient someone here will know.

Default Slipping bolt

Thanks for your help , I did drill off the head of bolt to get access to the unit.
