Default Pcm damaged?

I been having problems with the computer showing code 25 idle air control valve and I've replaced it with a new one.
Another code came up 13 map sensor problems, I replaced this with an old one I had on hand, atleast now I can drive it.
While I was troubleshooting per my shop manual I accidentally unplugged the wiring harness from the pcm before I disconnected the negative battery cable.
Now I have code53 "internal failure in the engine controller "
Have I damaged the pcm?
Code 25 "a shorted Condition detected in one or more of the automatic idle speed actuator circuits " is what started this adventure.
I checked every inch of the ais wiring and didn't find any damage to the wires.
Is it possible my pcm is going out, and is it fatal for the pcm when I unplugged the wiring harness?
I appreciate any help you can give me.
Btw my truck is 92 dakota 3.9L and automatic transmission.

Try disconnecting the battery again for 30 minutes or so. See if the codes go away. If that 53 comes back, it's time for a new one.
