Can't find a stupid PCV hose !!

1994 Dakota 5.2 4x4

Been to Advanced, Auto Zone, and O'Reilys. They don't even show them as being available anymore. I've read not to substitute fuel line or vacuum hose as they will either collapse or deteriorate from oil. Would anybody have any leads?

Any fuel rated hose will do.

Fuel hose will last a few years at least. If you want something more oil resistant than that I'd go trans cooler/power steering hose. Should be 3/8
