Default Lifting my 96 2wd Dakota

I've been looking for a lift kit for my truck, I just want 2-3 inches. I've found some lift kits on supreme suspensions but they are only for 4wd. I was wondering if the difference between the 4wd and 2wd is that big. Does anyone know where to get a lift kit?

Your truck qualifies as an antique. They didn't have a lot of aftermarket support when they were new, now, some 28 years later, you are VERY lucky to find anything at all. I seriously doubt you will find a complete kit anywhere..... Your best bet is going to be to try and piece something together. I would suggest spindles in front, and (though I hate to suggest them..) blocks in the back. Assuming the spring is on top of the rear axle.....
