Default Drain Radiator?

Does a '96 First Generation Dakota (five-speed 3.9) have a factory installed radiator drain? I don't see one looking from above. Thank you.

If it does it will be on the bottom so might as well crawl under and look.

I never like those..... They tend to break, when you try and open them.... and it's "new radiator" time......

What I found: The two automatic transmission line attachments (not used on my five-speed) are there but factory closed off somehow. On the driver's side there is an opening for a petcock. However, there is no petcock in that location but some kind of plug that has a very thin hex head (not sure if it is made of metal or plastic. Decided not to fool with it. I'm changing heater hoses today.
