So I have a brand new ac system in my truck I'm not getting any power to the clutch I checked the relays and fuses and the pressure switches and everything's working properly but still no power to the clutch

Have you vacuumed the new A/C system completely, then introduced refrigerant to the system? The A/C clutch won't engage until refrigerant is introduced into the system and the pressure on the system rises a bit from the refrigerant introduction.

Then there is a fault somewhere.

On yours, the PCM controls the relay. Apparently, there is a 'pressure transducer' somewhere on the system, (my diagrams don't say where) that tells the PCM what pressure is doing in the system. PCM decides from there whether to power the compressor, or not.... by triggering the relay. (PCM controls ground path.)

So, Pin 86 on the a/c relay should be hot when ignition is on, Pin 30 is hot at all times. PCM grounds pin 85 to trigger the relay. If the PCM isn't doing that, gonna need a scanner to figger out why.
