Stalling Issue 91 Dakota
Hi all, hoping for some help here. I’ve got a 91 Dakota farm truck with the 5.2l V8. It’s got a bit of a rough idle but my main issue is it stalls out at red lights and most anytime I’m going under 25mph. It’ll also try to quit occasionally when you punch it. It’ll accelerate a little, then oil pressure drops and it tries to die. If you let off and hammer the gas again, it’ll come back. What’s stumping me is all these issues seem to only occur once the truck is warmed up. The first 30 minutes of the day it’s great.
Below are the things I’ve already checked:
-Battery was bad so it’s got a brand new one.
-Alternator tested good at both Autozone and OReillys.
-New TPS yesterday
-Fairly new IAC valve done by previous owner
- I’ve tried adjusting the bolt on the IAC up and down and doesn’t seem to help.
-Fluids are all topped off
-Engine Codes are: 12, 23, 37, 55
Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
