Hey there I know there has been a lot of info on here on the m1 and hughes air intakes. I'm mainly wondering if the hughes kit will work as I have the elusive 1992-1993 318 5.2L withe the Egr valve. Would the hughes with airgap fit and work, if I leave the egr valve just open? Really hope so if not is there anyway I can make this hughes work? Thank you all for your input it helps a lot!. .

 

It will bolt right on, with some minor modifications to the fuel rail. (which it comes with the parts for.....) but, no provision for EGR, and no real way to make it work. No real loss there though.... can likely just plug the whole in the exhaust manifold, leave the electrical part of the system hooked up, and call it a day. Of course, it will probably set an EGR code every now and again.
