Default 93 Dakota Vacum Issue Inside Air Controls

No air from the vents but the blower motor is working.so it must be the vacuum source. Vacuum line coming through firewall goes somewhere, having a hard time seeing where it connects. I did find a vacuum line, driver's side which some kind of Rube Goldberg multi-piece vacuum reducer coming from below the carburetor, It did break the plastic piece it the connector it attaches to, don't know part name it would .be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Air is likely coming out the defrost vents, that's the default position if vacuum fails. Need to patch up your broken lines however you can..... You can use rubber/viton/whatever vacuum hose to splice the plastic together.
