Default Identifying Hoses on Radiator 1995 Dodge Dakota V6

I bought this truck from a coworker with an expected head gasket leak. I’d like to verify the head gasket leak but there seems to be a pretty significant coolant leak from one of two hoses that appear to hear been cut maybe. They’re at the bottom of the radiator and each have about an inch or two of rubber hose that leads to nothing but the one on the passenger side leaks a lot.

I was able to still do the harbor freight block test although it was leaking but I didn’t realize you need to keep squeezing it for a minute and only did for about 30 seconds but the fluid did turn sort of green. Would that be enough to confirm a bad head gasket?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Look like trans cooler lines..... Real curious what they did for a trans cooler....... If you are getting coolant leaking from those, time for a new radiator.
