Start Up Problems
Problem free for years. 3 weeks ago replaced battery after 5 years
94 Dodge Dakota Sport. Growing old together...
No combustion on start
Fuel to fuel rail schrader valve and under pressure.
Starter engaging rapidly and powerfully.
Air intake seems sufficient.
No spark plug voltage anywhere with voltage light.
****
Trouble shooting light found voltage present on ignition coil bottom side with one wire for about 5 seconds them fades away with 2 seconds. no voltage on top side that seems to go to what I call a spark plug rotator like area at rear of engine
Replaced ignition coil and same symptoms.
Thanks in advance for anyones help and time involved

You will only see power at the coil connector for about 3 seconds at key on, after that, PCM will kill power there, until it sees the engine turning. Crank the engine, see if power comes back.
Do NOT test for voltage on the coil output, that's gonna be north of 40,000 volts, and it'll likely smoke your meter in short order.
