Default 95 5.2 crank no start

Hey guys! Have a 95 5.2 Dakota, sat for ~12 years, ran when parked,

ran all of the gas out of the lines, by removing the valve on the fuel rail and jumping the fuel pump relay, put in fresh gas and she would crank but not start, noticed bad fuel pressure at the rail, changed the pump, good fuel pressure but still won’t run unless there is starting fluid sprayed into throttle body, instantly shuts off afterwards.

List of things checked and changed,
ignition coil, fuel pump, ASD relay, fuel pump relay, dist cap, dist rotor, ignition pickup, crank sensor, splices under relay box checked and repaired.

Am I at the pcm stage of the game or is there something I’m missing?

I would imagine there is still some bad gas in the rail to the injectors unless you flushed that out also. If you are getting a pulse to fire the injectors I would suspect they are clogged.

I reckon pulling them and throwing them in the ultrasonic with some seafoam should remedy that? Also I did drain the rails

There's a 99% chance that your fuel injectors are clogged, not the engine control unit. On an engine that's been sitting idle for 12 years, this is almost always the case.
