Default 95 Dakota 3.9, no start issues

So I recently started having a no start issue on the dak, friend borrowed for a week with no problems, that is until he tried cranking "'til the battery died" as my friend put it. Anyway took it back from em.

Verified fuel pump works by jumping the relay, but the relay doesn't pull in with key on, neither does the ASD relay. I've confirmed power through the ignition switch, all through to the relays, THE 'Splice' is good. Checked continuity from the relays circuits, all through to the PCM, including continuity from the Crank and cam sensors to the pcm, though hard to say whether those sensors are good. I'm at a loss now what to look at, save for calling PCM dead and swapping that.

EDIT: I have also checked the ground side of fuel pump and ASD relay, I'm not getting the ground signal sent from the PCM, which is why I have started looking towards the PCM.

One thing I was curious that someone here may know of, I get no check engine light, and cannot remember for sure if the check engine light turns on for a bit after key on then shuts off normally. I also tried the key dance to get check engine code flashes but I get zero response, any ideas on that?

Well... I'm an idiot. I checked and stated that the splice was good in my original post.
After posting though I wanted to double check everything so I could confirm if anyone's advice told me what I've already checked must be wrong.

Splice was good, but i didnt think to check the Red/white wire going from the splice back to the pcm for continuity. Of course no continuity, opened up the loom and tape further and there it was broken about inch further up.
Trimmed it back, resoldered the splice since why the hell not.
Problem solved. Damn how embarrasing.

But, it's fixed. That's the important part.
