oil pressur e?

the guage shows that it is always low ...
like its just inside the little area that i guess should be good

the oil is exactly where it should be ..

what would cause the low oil pressure ?

The sending unit has been known to fail over time. However, most likely the pickup screen is partially blocked. Happens a lot on high mileage magnum engines. Sludge buildup will block the pickup, resulting in decreased oil pressure. Drop the pan and clean it out. Fair amount of work on the 4x4 though due to clearance. I think you may have to remove the engine to do it. The 2wd can just be raised an inch or so to get it off.

lol if i have to move an engine out hell with it lol
ill just deal with it
too much work for me with no garage to do that

Try a thicker oil like 20w-50, it should help build it over time. Its probably getting kinda tired.
