Default Paint starting to flake off

The paint on the passenger side of my 1993 dakota is "flaking off" I've noticed this on quite a few others out there. I've owned it since new and there's never been any work done on that side. Anyone else had this problem?

Every Dodge, Ford, Chevy, etc. has that problem. The tree huggers forced changes in the paint quality to satisfy bogus claims (personal opinion). Mine was doing it too until I got it painted.

Actually, it was the manufacturers fault. GM decided as a cost cutting measure to eliminate a step or two in the 7-step PPG paint process. Ford and Chrysler followed suit. GM had a big lawsuit they settled a couple years back where it all came out.

Congratulations, you have a signature chrysler paint job. The blue paint was always really bad along with a few other colors.
