On the flexplate, I read the bolt pattern changed around 1995 for it, so, it would probably depend on the year of your motor your swapping. As for the fuel pump, as long as you keep the same tank.. it uses the same pump.
You dont need to change the coil springs. It handles better with the V6 ones in anyway.
The flexplates changed in 96. 96 up, all 4 torque converter bolt holes are at 90 degrees to eachother. 95 back, one is off centered.
What tranny are you gonna use. A500 or A518? If all you can find is a 96 up flywheel, you can change the front pump gears in the tranny to allow you to run a 96 up torque converter if you use the A500. A518 input shafts are all the same, just depending on the year the flexplate comes from, you need to match it to that year converter.

if i go with the 318 i am going use the A500, i am not 100% sure what motor i am going with, it will either be the 318,383, or 440 and if i go with the 383 or 440 i will use the 727 tranny, i have a 68 383 thats rebuilt no miles on it yet and i have a 74 440 and a bunch of 727 trannys, but i dont have a 318, and i called wreckers in my area and the 318s are going for about $800-$1400 canadian,
