Default 2000 durango rt question

I am wondering if this is normal.

i have a 2000 D rt 5.9. it is moded with a supercharger so the airfilter has been relocated to the fender. also on the headcovers they have been changed to the magnun headcovers. on the cover there is a plug with a hose that runs into the outer fender NEXT to the aitfilter and seems to do nothing but dump oil out every so often. i can tell by the aitfilter has some oil on it. question is what is this and if i plug it up what could happen. it is not the PCV valve it is on the drivers side, this plug is on the passenger side by the firewall. anyone any ideas???

It should be going into the air intake, or you can route it into a catch can with a breather filter.
