Radio Problem

Just wondering if anyone else has has this problem.

I have to turn the radio on up to 50 times before it will actually come on .

Also my horn sounds like a volkswagon beatle. Very whimppy.

The horn is prob bad, they sound like that when they get wet inside.
As for the radio, hard to say without seeing it.
